The Open Records Law allows the public the right to request access to public records held by the Hegins-Hubley Authority. Requests may be made to the Open Records Officer and submitted in person, by mail, by email, or by facsimile.
Requests must be written and may be made using the Hegins-Hubley Authority’s Request Form and should be addressed to the open-records officer of the Millersburg Area Authority listed below:

The five (5) day review period will begin on the day the request is received. Requests made after 3:00 pm will be dated stamped for the following business day. Applicable fees will be charged where necessary; copies of records will be provided when payment is received.
